Request data deletion

To request removal of personal information held by Dare to Come or processed through its automation app, email felix.thadi@gmail.com with the subject Data deletion request.
What to include
- The phone number or email used to contact us.
- The business or workspace involved, if known.
- Whether you want a particular enquiry, message history or your dashboard account removed.
Do not include passwords, API keys or identity documents. We may ask you to confirm control of the relevant email or phone number before removing records.
What happens next
Requests are reviewed manually. We will acknowledge your request, verify the relevant records and explain any information that must be retained. For a client business's workspace, we may need to coordinate with that business before completing the request.
Depending on the request, removal covers matching lead details, stored message activity, related follow-up jobs and account information. Some security records or information required by law may be retained. Copies in hosting backups remain until the applicable backup cycle expires. This process does not delete messages already held by Meta, other providers or the business that received them; contact those parties separately.
Stop future messages
You can send STOP in a connected WhatsApp conversation to withdraw recorded permission and cancel queued follow-ups when the webhook processes it. STOP does not itself erase previous records. Use the email request above for deletion.
