Privacy policy
Effective 3 October 2026 · Dare to Come Automation
Dare to Come provides business automation services and a dashboard for managing enquiries, leads and follow-ups. This policy describes information handled by our website and the Dare to Come Automation app, including its WhatsApp connection.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the name, business name, phone number, service selection and optional message you provide. Client lead forms may also collect email and preferred language. Dashboard accounts contain a name, email, role and password hash. Passwords are not stored as plain text.
For a connected WhatsApp account, Meta may send the sender's phone number, profile name, message content, message identifiers, timestamps and delivery status. We store text-message details as activity associated with the relevant business workspace. We also store approved business information, integration identifiers, encrypted provider access tokens and queued follow-up details.
How we use information
We use these details to respond to enquiries, organize leads, operate client workspaces, deliver authorized follow-ups, maintain account security and troubleshoot service issues. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Marketing permission is recorded separately. A WhatsApp STOP, unsubscribe or cancel message processed by our webhook removes recorded permission and cancels queued follow-ups for that contact.
Who can access it
Authorized users access data associated with their workspace; the agency owner administers the platform. Hostinger provides hosting and database infrastructure. Meta processes WhatsApp messages and account information under its own policies. Connected delivery providers receive the information needed to perform the requested service. We do not sell personal information.
AI voice and other planned integrations are not currently active. If enabled, the relevant business will need to explain any additional provider processing, call recording and consent requirements before use.
AI-generated WhatsApp replies
When an account owner enables AI replies for a contact, the conversation text and the relevant business information are sent to OpenAI to generate an answer. We do not deliberately include the contact phone number or profile name in that request, but those details may appear in message text. Replies can be incorrect and may require human review. Provider processing is subject to the applicable OpenAI API data policies. Automatic replies are off until an owner activates them.
Storage and retention
Records are retained while needed to handle an enquiry, operate the business workspace or maintain security and service history, unless deletion is requested or a legal obligation requires retention. The current platform does not automatically expire all lead and message records. Deletion requests are handled manually. Hosting backups may retain copies until the applicable backup cycle expires.
Cookies and security
The dashboard uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. We use HTTPS, password hashing, workspace access checks and encryption for saved integration credentials. No system can guarantee complete security.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw permission for future communications, by emailing felix.thadi@gmail.com. Identify the business you contacted and the phone number or email used. Do not send passwords, access tokens or identity documents. See our data-deletion instructions.
Client businesses and changes
When a client business collects your information through our tools, that business also determines how it uses your data and should provide its own privacy notice. Contact that business for requests about its records. We may update this policy as the service changes and will update the effective date on this page.
