What your WhatsApp workflow can do.

Start with the conversations your team handles every day. We agree the answers, actions and handoff rules with you before a pilot.

Answer questions
Use your approved FAQs, service details and catalogue information. Unclear answers go to your team.
Qualify enquiries
Ask about location, budget, requirement and timing, then save useful context.
Arrange appointments
Collect a preferred time. Calendar checks and confirmed bookings need a connected calendar.
Support orders
Share approved product details or order updates when the relevant catalogue or order system is connected.
Plan follow-up
Use permitted WhatsApp templates and consent-aware follow-up rules, with an opt-out path.
Hand over to a person
Pass the requirement and conversation context to your team when a customer asks or an answer is uncertain.

How it works.

A connected journey, with clear rules for your team.

  1. Customer messagesAn enquiry arrives on your connected business number.
  2. Understand the requestIdentify the question, language and useful details.
  3. Check your informationUse approved knowledge or a connected system.
  4. Reply or hand overGive the agreed response; escalate uncertainty.
  5. Save the next stepCapture the lead, owner and permitted follow-up.
A person is always part of the plan.

If a customer asks for a person, needs negotiation or raises an unresolved issue, the workflow routes the context to your team. Response and handoff timing depend on the setup and team availability.
